How many times do you let the phone ring before you answer it?
Well, we don’t have a home phone anymore, but when we did,I would let it go twice to see who it was,if it was someone I wanted to hear from, I would pick up and if I didn’t want to hear from someone, yeah, you let it go to voicemail. On my cell phone,it just rings and I pick it up if I so choose to.
Have you ever gone to the movies alone? If yes, what movie?
I have not gone to the movies alone. There are certain places you should never go alone, and the movies is one of them. That’s just sad.
Do you write poetry or compose music?
I do not. I’m not very poetic and I have no musical bones in my body.
Would you like a vuvuzela if it were orange and black like the SF Giants?
No,they are super annoying. It’s bad enough A’s fans bring them to games. There’s a better way to make noise at a sporting event,it’s called cheering and applauding!
How many of the 50 states have you been in, and I am not counting airport layovers?
I’ve only been out of the state once and it was a road trip,so I have been in four, and I count passing through a state as having been in it because you had to go to that state to get to the next one.
What do you think of actors going to Washington to speak about their views/pet projects? (i.e. Costner on the oil spill, Pitt on hurrican Katrina, Penn on Haiti….etc.)
I think if they’re going to try and help the situation in a manner that really helps people, that’s fine, but if you’re doing it to do something to help your celebrity status, then it’s being done for the wrong reasons. By the way, I wish people would stop talking about the problem in the Gulf and just plug the damn leak already. Stop pointing fingers and start focusing more on the problem. Not everything has to be politicized.
Do you think it is fair seniors get a discount just because they are old?
I don’t mind if they do, sure.
What is the most daring sport you have ever tried?
Probably skiing. I used to know how to ski and went a couple times when I was a kid. It was scary at first, but when you do it more and more,it becomes a lot of fun.
Do you type with your fingers on the correct keys?
Yeah,I think so. I never really learned how to type, but I kinda taught myself how to type and I think I do pretty good.
Who is the best chef on television?
I don’t really know who is the best, but I did have a thing for Rachael Ray a few years ago. She’s still kinda cute, but probably not the kind of girl for me. I also like Giada De Laurentiis, what a hottie! OY OY OY!!!
What have you been procrastinating about?
Going to the doctor. I am very bad about doing that and I guess it’s because if I do, it means there is something wrong with me and it’s gonna cost a lot of take care of it.
If you were joining the military, which branch would you pick?
See,I have no idea. I give it up to those who can and are serving our armed forces. That’s something I’m not even close to being brave enough to do. Being epileptic,I kinda got out of it,but for those that have done it, I thank them for their service and hope they come home in one piece.
Why are the lines at the DMV so long?
I think it’s because a lot of busy people are getting things done at the last minute. What a lot of people don’t know is that they can do a lot of this stuff online now and ease the congestion at the different branches. What bothers me,though,is the rude people that work behind the windows there (except for my Mom,of course). I wish their attitudes would improve. I hate my job, too, but you gotta be nice to people, otherwise you’re on the couch.
What is the one car you wish u could have?
It’s actually a tie between a ’74 Datsun 260Z and a ’71 Corvette Stingray Convertible. I love both cars and yes, both of them would be orange. There aren’t very many 260Z’s left in the world, so that’s why I want one of those,I am a fan of the old Datsun Z cars. And the ’68-’82 model of Corvettes just looks so cool!
